October or Bust!

Hey guys,

Wow has it been a super good couple of days! I’m starting I feel like my life is settling down a little bit. I’ve gotten caught up with school and am finally completely done with putting the house away. So in short, I have no excuse to not exercise anymore….uhhhh…. Yeah.

So I am going to start working out in the morning before getting ready. My dog has been waking me up super early in the morning anyways. I just need to actually get myself out the door. It’s gunna happen.

One of the biggest reasons that I feel I really need to get back into the habit of working out everyday is that I don’t think I’m going to lose this week. And if I do it’s not going to be a lot. The reason for this is lack of exercise. My eating has been on point so….just exercise has been lacking.

So lets get serious this week. Hell, let’s get serious for this month! I’m ready to kick October’s butt!!!
